His passion for cycling and supporting his teammates make him an invaluable part of the group. Jonathan is a local entrepreneur and serves as president at Sound in Church, Gardner Solutions, and Pro Foam Solutions.

Brent started cycling in 2021 and quickly fell in love with racing. He’ll jump into any event, from fast-paced crits to rugged gravel races, and has recently developed a fondness for cyclocross. Brent’s passion for competition and being on the bike is matched by his drive to push his limits and improve. He’s a team player who thrives on the camaraderie of cycling and cheering on others. In his professional life, Brent works as a project manager in the energy sector.

​Mark Masters began cycling in 2023 and has quickly made a strong impression as a rising talent. Combining creativity, tactical insight, and a positive attitude, he brings fresh energy to every ride and lifts the team on and off the bike. Mark's commitment and rapid growth make him an invaluable member of Salty Dogs Cycling and a promising star in the sport.

RJ has been cycling since 2019 and joined the crew as a guest rider at Chicago Grit. A true embodiment of the Salty Dogs spirit, he’s fiercely team-oriented and always willing to sacrifice for the squad. With a reputation as a legit hitter, RJ has racked up some impressive results on the national stage. His combination of dedication, talent, and selflessness makes him a cornerstone of the team. RJ works as a software engineer at Open AI.

A seasoned veteran of the cycling world, Dustin is the team’s rock—reliable, dependable, and always ready to lead the charge. Whether it’s launching an attack mid-race or enjoying a well-earned coffee stop, he’s the perfect mix of grit and camaraderie. As a skilled mechanic and bike builder, Dustin keeps the team rolling smoothly and is always ready to lend a hand. His experience and generosity make him an essential part of the squad.

Brendon simply loves being on the bike and brings his enthusiasm to every ride. A true lightweight, he’s a force to be reckoned with on the climbs, always ready to dish out some punishment on the gradients. Despite his competitive edge, Brendon’s easygoing demeanor makes him a joy to ride alongside. His passion for cycling and positive attitude lift the spirits of the entire team.
